Recently our company sponsored a JOB FAIR many HR from multinational companies were present to HIRE a Candidate for suitable JOB but many failed in Interview because i noticed many people who are lack in body language, poor in communication skills and some are poor in logical and verbal expressions. And its to bad to see their face, so today this article is for them who failed interview for the first time , and one thing i want to say that don’t worry be happy this is the starting point of your carrier life so try and try untill you succeed . So here are some point i notices and in my experience i want to share you .

Here are some points t be remebered while attending the interview :

Be relaxed

Be ON Time

Get your CV and related documents along with you

Be neat and maintain your Body Language

While entering ask the permission

Have good command over English [ Because English is universally accepted language ]

While sitting in front of HR maintain your body posture means sit straight.

And you should maintain eye contact with the HR

Before answering listen properly what HR is saying.

While Answering , answer the question which you are asked so please do not go over it. [ for ex : Tell me yourself ? Just tell only about your self not your family, father name ,mother name etc . They just asked about yourself like your name, your background, your talent, your habits, your hobbies etc

If they asked your to narrate story do not repeat the sentence and pronounce properly.

If they ask some question in yes or no format just answer in that way [ for ex: If you are ill can you come to work ? Yes or No ] . If it is Yes say Yes else No they don’t want you lecture just be on your point.

And after your conversation between HR and you , if you have any doubts now its time to ask .

After finishing everything please great the HR with Thank You if so with small smile in your face.
