Nowadays while purchasing from market or any place i am facing a problem hope you too are suffering from this problem ? The problem is in between the currency there are many notes i find some spoiled currency notes which make me a tense why because the person who gives the notes in favor of change or while trading or purchasing he will be tension free then we will suffer why because we think what to do next whether to patch up with other head or return that currency notes to the person who gave you or else destroy the note.

Frankly speaking dont do that one person gets soiled notes and he patch up to others, and that other person to some other, please if the currency notes are soiled go to the nearest bank which has tie up with Reserve Bank of India [RBI] like STATE BANK or some other, All banks are authorized to accept soiled notes across their counters and pay the exchange value. They are expected to offer this service even to non-customers. All public sector bank branches and currency chest branches of private sector banks are authorized to adjudicate and pay value in respect of mutilated notes, in terms of the Reserve Bank of India (Note Refund) Rules, 1975. The RBI has also authorized all commercial bank branches to treat certain notes in ‘two pieces’ as soiled notes and pay exchange value.. If Spoiled some people put glue on it or some apply Tape and some other do some nonsense to that note. For knowledge purpose soiled notes are notes, which have become dirty and limp due to excessive use. Mutilated notes are notes, which are torn, disfigured, burnt, washed, eaten by white ants, etc. A double numbered note cut into two pieces but on which both the numbers are intact is now being treated as soiled note.

Better to go to the BANK and ask for refund of new notes but still it as some conditions:

The following notes are not payable under the Note Refund Rules as said by RBI.

A note which is

Less than half the area of the full note

Devoid of the major portion of the number, i.e., the prefix and three digits or four digits of the number in notes up to and inclusive of Rs.5; in respect of notes of Rs.10 and above, where this inadequacy is present at both the numbering panels.

Cancelled by any office of the Reserve Bank or against which the value has already been paid

Found to be forged.

Deliberately cut, mutilated or tampered

Carrying extrinsic words or visible representation intended to convey or capable of conveying any message of a political character.

Some Tips while Trading or Purchasing or having a Change of Currency Notes:

After getting money to your hands wait for a while and check the notes properly front and back twice to see that notes are fine or not met with tape or glue or any other materials.

If so just return to that person.

Check your notes for originality mainly 500 and 1000 .

Dont accept stapled notes.

Any how its our money we must take care of it.

So my dear friends please dont patch up spoiled currency notes to others better than go to the nearest nationalized bank and changed it not daily no problem go once in a while while you visit your bank.
