Nowadays people are very fascinated in shopping, many people purchase lots of stuff like gadget, pc, laptop, cams ,home products ,cars ,dress ,digital equipments and more. But some are still in confused with the Difference between Guarantee and Warranty, today why i am writing this article because last week i went to a Mobile Shop to purchase a blue tooth headphones for my HTC TOUCH VIVA phone suddendly one person came to that store and asking for replacement for a DIGITAL CAMERA  but for that product only warranty can be claimed means only can be repaired but cannot be replaced but still the customer was confused and shouting on shop keeper and saying why you said that there is 1 year warranty. So the shop keeper laughed and tried to explain the Difference Between Warranty and Guarantee.
