Finally using this plugin in my Wordpress Blog it gave me some relief from SPAM . Because after using this plugin it asks commenters to complete a simple CAPTCHA if a spam detection plugin thinks their comment is spam. Currently it supports Akismet and TypePad AntiSpam.
Services like Akismet and TypePad AntiSpam are great at detecting the spam in Blog, but if you get lots more than which we expect of it then you have to check for any solution to get rid off the SPAM so Conditional CAPTCHA is some sought of relief for SPAM problems to Bloggers.

Yes MR Tyron you are right i too facing this problem before installing Conditional CAPTCHA for WordPress
I Installed this plugin on my blog and it’s working like a charm. Good thing is now I don’t hve to check my spam comments for real comments and number of spam in my spam quque is less by 95%.
Must have plugin wiith Akismet to fight spam.
