This site is very good example to create theme for HTC phones those who use Windows Mobile 6.5 version. With this tool you can create any style of themes for your phones as you like i like this tool because i am also using a HTC Mobile and i created theme for my phone.

These Phones are just round the corner that spots a new interface with lots of new features and enhancements. Unlike, other mobile operating systems where you need a separate app to create themes, Windows Mobile 6.5 has an online service.
