In Internet Explorer 8 you can easily import favorites and feed from other browsers like same as other browsers. To do so you just follow these below steps.

Click on File->Import and Export->Import from another browser.
Select the Browser from which to import favorites and feed. [ ex: Mozilla Firefox ]
Select the appropriate Browser.
Click on Import.
Within a matter of seconds the settings will be transferred.
