HTC Touch VIVA is a phone which i was looking for, Its a cheap and best  gadget which solves my email and  mobile problem before i used to have Laptop to check mails  and for phone must hang around, but since i bought my HTC TOUCH VIVA checking of Emails and Phone is easy and burden of carrying a Laptop is also gone.

HTC Touch VIVA has some Prose and Cons which we can’t forget : The Pros is Fast interface and excellent Wi-Fi Support.The Cons is Lack of 3G, Camera could be better.And Sound Quality OK but still could be better.HTC’s Touch Viva is a simple device that does the basics well, although it lacks high-end features. But if you just want to check your emails and recieve Phone calls , then it’s worth checking out. But still the HTC TOUCH VIVA Customers are facing a problem that is GPRS gets connected automatically.

To come out of this problem just navigate your HTC Phone with following Option

• Start->Settings->Connections->Advanced Network.
• In Advanced Network settings  just change PAP authentication option to CHAP authentication.
• And in the same screen CSD Line Type  option change the Data Rate to 9600 bps (v.110).
• Click on OK.

I Hope from now onwards your HTC Touch VIVA GPRS Problem gets solved but this worked for ME
