Hiding a hard disk means some privacy or hiding your files from others for safety reasons. Hiding a part of Hard Disk is easy with help of a  tool named No Drive Manager. The NoDrives Manager requires no installation just simply run the nodrvman-1.2.0-setup file. As shown in the screenshot below, simply click the partition you want to hide and save the settings.

For the settings to take effect please Log Off or Restart your computer. Now you’ll notice the drive is hidden, to unhide, repeat the steps and log off again. Note: Please do not hide C Drive because it contains your system files.

Here in this image select the drive which you wana hide for ex : E drive.

After that click on OK
