I am BSNL Dataone Broadband user since 2 months ,my broadband usage Plan is 500 with 2.5GB per month, but nowadays i find there is the problem in data usage :
1 * When i log in to http://www.dataone.in the usage it shows me excluding night unlimited (2:00 am to 8:00 am) is 2572232 KB is approximately 2.45307 GB its near by 2.5 GB not fully 2.5GB.
2 * And When i login to http://www.data.bsnl.in the usage it shows me excluding night unlimited (2:00 am to 8:00 am) is 2846.94 Mb is approximately 2.45307 GB its near by 2.78021 GB.
Shockingly i got the bill of 2846.94 Mb approximatly its nearby 2.78021 GB (Difference is 0.32714 MB). Which is the Second one .
Now my Doubt is when login in to any of the site to view the usage of BSNL Broadband from any of these site (http://www.dataone.in or http://www.data.bsnl.in) the usage details must be the same right . Then how can be so different in data usage records . Please Click on this link to download the usage details.
( I consulted the authorities of Broadband near by my area, they are also unable to answer this question )
So please suggest me what to do .
And you BSNL user please check the usage in both the site and look at the difference. Its evrything about usage and money which is simply waste. If one persons usage waste is about 300 Mb approximately what about whole indian BSNL Dataone users .
( AND nowadays BSNL Dataone Connection is also slow i think they change thier slogan from 2MBPS superspeed to BSNL = Bhai Sahab Nahi Lagega ) Kyakarega .

i stay in bangalore, my dataone connection get slow e.i. sun–sat 12.00pm to 2.00pm some days it dont even open one page some time i feel that i have taken dialup connection , i tried on/off the router changed the DNS, but the problem remains, after 2.00 o clock if i on/off the router the speed comes back, but on sunday i dont face such problem. i am not understanding that why is it only on week days it will get slow / dead for the perticuler time. if at that time the BSNL is doing some changes cant they do at the end of the day or start of the day?

the loss is only 28 paise…pl don’t panic .
the difference is only 0.32 MB. they charge 80 or 90 paise for 1 mb…. so let go the 6 or 7 digit figure. convert to MB, 0.32 means nothing,such differences can be seen in transmission of data etc.

when your limit is done with, convert the Kb thing to Mb. calculate for urself on the 1st of each month. thus know ur usage,ur bill,and be composed…

hey dataone.in is for old customer and data.bsnl.in is for new customer if you are new customer the go for http://www.data.bsnl.in.
and bsnl download issue that is really poor only 64kb download and 43kb upload is there
BSNL they do not maintain thier equipments and they have many problems also like speed matter and sometimes cant view the data usage but this is strange . I think the BSNL authorities must take action on this issue.

Hello Athma BSNL really gone mad nowadays due to speed and now billing information . Night they assure that speed is upto 2MBPS but i get only 12 kb speed while downloading. Isliye Bhai Sahab BSNL Nahi Lagega
