Alexa Widget is used to enchance and get rankings to your blog or website.For more information on Alexa Rankings See my article related to Alexa Rankings.
To add Alexa Widget to your Blog :
- Go to Alexa Website.
- Type your Blog URL in Find Sites About Option for ex: technicalathma.com or your blog name.
- Then click on for site owners option.
- Click on Get Traffic Widget or Click this link to jump directly.
- Type the blog name and click on build widget.
To Add Alexa Review Widget :
- Go to Alexa Website.
- Type your Blog URL in Find Sites About Option for ex: technicalathma.com or your blog name.
- Then click on for site owners option.
- Click on Get Review Widget.
- Select the type of Logo you want and enter your website URL below and click on Build Widget.
- Copy the Code and Paste it to your Blog.
To Add these above Widget to your Blogspot :
- Log in into blogger with your ID
- Click Layout
- Click Page Element
- Click Add a Gadget
- Click Plus sign plus next to HTML/JavaScript.
- Paste the code you have saved in notepad into the column shown or available
- Click Save button
- Place the Widget were you want.
- Don’t forget to click save .
- Finally its Finish.
To Add Alexa Plugin in Wordpress :
- Download Alexa Plugin from Wordpress .
- Go to your Wordpress admin section-> Dashboard->Plugins->Add New.
- Click on Upload and add the Alexa Plugin.
- Finally Activate Plugin
- Then to display it, add this code were you want to view
